When I called the reception a lady spoke with me very unfriendly, aggressive and incompetent and there was no way to go earlier in the Apartemnt or somewhere the baggage in delivery. I\'ve ...sent yet an E-mail on the eve with questions about the Apartemnt and our arrival time. I got time an answer to my questions, but no references to the time limited check-in. Is a pity!
Es wurde nicht kommuniziert, dass der Check-in nur um 14 Uhr ist. Als ich in der Rezeption anrief sprach eine Dame äußerst unfreundlich, aggressiv und inkompetent mit mir und es gab keine Möglichkeit, früher in das Apartemnt zu gehen bzw. ...irgendwo das Gepäck reinzustellen. Ich habe am Vorabend noch eine E-mail geschickt mit Fragen zum Apartemnt und unserer Ankunftszeit. Ich bekam eine Antwort auf meine Fragen, jedoch keinerlei Hinweise auf die zeitlich beschränkte Check-in Zeit. Sehr schade!
